Abstract

It has come to the attention of Wageningen Academic Publishers that this article should not have been submitted for publication in Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods due to simultaneous submission and parallel publication in the European Journal of Food Research & Review (currently European Journal of Nutrition & Food Safety).
